Job Description
Tech Lead in AUTO1 Group's Remarketing department, delivering software solutions. Leading a multicultural team and utilizing modern technologies for innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architecting and delivering state-of-the-art software solutions
- Play a critical leadership role within a fast-paced, multicultural, and agile team
- Own a subset of applications and services
- Solve complex problems with experience, hands-on and can-do attitudes
- Take responsibility for the growth and development of your team
- Hire world-class talent, lead by example and mentor those to push boundaries and excel
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in leading a group of developers and taking responsibility for a team and software
- 5+ years of professional experience in java programming
- Good understanding of the JVM
- Fluid in modern java
- Passionate opinion on restful APIs
- At least 2 years experience with spring-based technologies
- Hands-on experience with spring boot, ideally spring cloud
- Leverage software design principles and patterns in product to technical specifications flows
