Job Description
Technical Lead Software Engineering at Wisp, focusing on digital healthcare solutions and patient empowerment. Leading a team of engineers while contributing to full-stack development.
Responsibilities:
- Build for our patients by keeping technical decisions patient-centered.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and implement technical standards through code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders on complex projects.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor other engineers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working in Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Django or other modern languages and frameworks
- 1+ years experience in a Full-Stack Engineering leadership role
- Experience with relational database systems - PostgreSQL (preferred), GraphQL
- Professional experience working in a cloud-based environment - AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure
- Excellent coding and team management skills
