Job Description

Technical Program Manager driving complex technical programs from early customer engagement through delivery. Collaborative role ensuring alignment between customers and technical teams at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive complex technical programs from early customer engagement through initial delivery and operational handoff
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across customers, account teams, product management, engineering, test, services, and leadership
  • Ensure technical commitments are clearly defined, risks are identified early, and execution remains aligned with business and customer expectations
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, validate technical and delivery commitments, facilitate decision-making, and proactively manage risks and issues
  • Provide clear visibility into program status, timelines, dependencies, and escalations
  • Leverage program management tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to improve transparency, predictability, and efficiency
  • Partner with tooling and operations teams to identify gaps, streamline processes, and balance execution rigor with speed

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or similar technical delivery roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience) is required
  • Preferred experience includes Supporting Cloud, Service Provider, or large enterprise customers
  • Background in presales, technical account management, or complex solution delivery
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and services organizations.
