Job Description
Solutions Engineer at GraphAware helping clients unlock data value using a graph-powered intelligence analysis platform. Client-engaged role requiring technical and business expertise with a focus on digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the face of technical expertise to clients
- Lead technical discussions during sales calls and workshops
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos and prototypes
- Assist with the technical requirements of RFPs and tenders
- Act as a long-term partner for clients post-sale
- Guide new clients through the setup process
- Bring field insights back to Product and Engineering teams to influence the future
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required both technical and business skills
- Comfortable in the boardroom and the terminal
- Confidence in communication and high-level presentations
- Comfort in explaining complex concepts simply and convincingly
- Deep interest (or background) in intelligence analysis, law enforcement, or defense
- Comfort with travel (up to 20%) to meet clients face-to-face and attend industry events
- Solid experience with Python for data manipulation
- Proficiency in SQL for working with relational data
- Comfortable working in Docker and a terminal/Linux environment
- Excitement to master Neo4j and Cypher (prior experience is a bonus, but not a requirement)
