Job Description

Territory Sales Manager driving CVAC kidney-stone device adoption for Calyxo. Managing Houston-area physician accounts, sales quotas, training, and territory growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive high CVAC adoption among physicians while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas for the Houston, TX territory
  • Communicate Calyxo’s value proposition to new and existing customers
  • Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo technology in kidney stone practices
  • Conduct product demonstrations and generate new sales leads
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans
  • Provide monthly forecasts
  • Communicate market conditions and recommend commercial process improvements
  • Partner with Professional Education to deliver clinical and training support
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams
  • Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues
  • Comply with organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, Customer Relationship policies, and Sunshine Act policies
  • Complete required sales reporting forms
  • Manage travel and expenses within the approved budget
  • Maintain a professional image and perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience; medical device experience preferred
  • Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan
  • Proficient in navigating and accelerating hospital and ASC product approval processes
  • Operating room experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of urology and urology products
  • Strong relationships with local urologists highly desired
  • Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies
  • Proficient in complex reimbursement environments
  • Understanding of the treatment algorithm for patients with kidney stones preferred
  • Compliance with relevant vaccination county, state, and federal rules
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States required
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
  • Frequent travel and regular generation of new sales leads
  • Ability to establish and maintain credentials via RepTrax, Vendormate, etc. to enter hospitals and medical facilities
