Job Description
Trainee Motion Designer creating advertising creatives for BetterMe’s all-in-one well-being ecosystem. Adapting videos across platforms and localizations while developing motion design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with ready-made projects (collects)
- Create advertising creatives based on clearly defined briefs
- Learn to adapt videos for different platforms and localizations
- Collaborate within a 40+ person Motion team and receive support and feedback from experienced colleagues
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of motion design gained through courses, tutorials, personal projects, or practice assignments
- Familiarity with basic tools and animation principles in After Effects
- Understanding of typography, color, and composition fundamentals
- English at a Pre-Intermediate level or higher
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and responsible approach to tasks
- Nice to have: experience with Animation Composer, Motion Tools, CompositeBrush, and similar plugins
- Nice to have: familiarity with AI tools such as NanoBanana, Veo 3, and ElevenLabs
- Nice to have: basic understanding of scripting and expressions
