Job Description
CG Artist and Creative Retoucher creating campaign visuals, key art, and polished compositions for Neo Group’s local marketing partners. Combining photography, 3D renders, effects, and advanced retouching.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact promotional visuals for marketing campaigns, banners, and creative materials
- Develop key visuals that communicate campaign concepts across marketing channels
- Build complex compositions combining photography, 3D renders, effects, and other visual elements
- Enhance visuals through lighting adjustments, color grading, atmosphere, effects, and advanced retouching
- Refine 3D renders and integrate them into promotional creatives
- Bring creative ideas to life based on briefs, references, and abstract concepts
- Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams
- Adapt visuals for different formats, platforms, and marketing requirements
- Maintain high artistic quality, detail, style, and visual storytelling across deliverables
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, promo design, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating promotional creatives, key visuals, and high-quality retouching
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Strong practical experience with compositing and photo manipulation
- Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create atmospheric, engaging, and commercially effective visuals based on briefs and creative concepts
- Experience working with 3D renders and integrating them seamlessly into complex compositions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to refine visuals to a high-end, polished standard
- Fluency in Russian
- Nice to have: experience with performance marketing creatives and understanding of campaign performance
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion
- Nice to have: basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D
- Nice to have: understanding of marketing creatives, visual trends, and user attention patterns
