Job Description
Tutor teaching business consulting for doctors remotely while conducting live meetings and providing educational strategies. Collaborating with teams to enhance learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons and training sessions to doctors participating in the consultancy.
- Lead live sessions, presenting content in a clear, dynamic and practical manner.
- Guide students in applying the company's method during mentorships and classes.
- Teach strategies focused on the growth and positioning of medical practices and clinics, including: building playbooks and processes; brand positioning; Google My Business; digital marketing; paid traffic and patient acquisition strategies.
- Clarify doubts and monitor participants' development throughout the learning journey.
- Update teaching materials, presentations and supporting content when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to evolve trainings and continuously improve the student experience.
- Act with a consultative approach, fostering engagement and practical application of the content.
Requirements:
- Experience as a teacher, tutor, mentor, instructor or training facilitator.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to deliver presentations and online classes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, brand positioning, Google My Business and creating playbooks.
- Basic knowledge or experience with paid traffic and client acquisition strategies.
- Commercial mindset, with ease identifying opportunities and conducting consultative approaches.
- Experience producing content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Organized, didactic and able to convey knowledge in a practical way.
- Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms and digital tools.
