Job Description
Experienced UI/UX Designer creating intuitive digital experiences for IT services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and key stakeholders to define and deliver effective design solutions
- Translate business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency across products
- Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards to enhance usability and inclusivity
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders with clarity
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced Agile environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Requirements:
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Visual Design roles
- Strong proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and cross-team collaboration
- Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user interfaces
- Experience in creating, managing, and scaling design systems
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability principles is an added advantage.
