Job Description
UiPath Developer supporting and enhancing production automations for Paralucent. Troubleshooting UiPath workflows and maintaining continuous shift-based support across Canada or India.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, support, and resolve issues on production UiPath automations
- Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead
- Carry out root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook
- Hand over clearly to the next shift to maintain continuous support
- Support Power Platform solutions where required
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on UiPath development using Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Experience supporting automations in production
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including overnight shifts
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
- UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
