Job Description
UiPath Developer supporting production automations and Power Platform solutions for Paralucent’s practical technology consulting services. Troubleshooting issues and maintaining continuous shift-based support.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, support and resolve issues on production UiPath automations
- Build and enhance automations under the direction of the UiPath Lead
- Carry out root cause analysis and document fixes in the support runbook
- Hand over clearly to the next shift so support stays continuous
- Support Power Platform solutions where required
- Work rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, aligned with Eastern Time support requirements
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on UiPath development (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
- Experience supporting automations in production
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Willingness to work in shifts aligned with Eastern Time support requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred
- UiPath Associate or Advanced Developer certification preferred
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
