Job Description

Virtual Executive Assistant at Team Delegate, providing remote administrative support for small business owners. Managing calendars, travel arrangements, and client communications while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
  • Oversee social media management and engagement
  • Provide excellent client care and support
  • Help create and maintain procedural documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant
