Job Description
Interim VP of Finance supporting a technology client’s transaction readiness, M&A diligence, and finance leadership coverage. Remote contract engagement beginning part-time and ramping to full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Support a confidential client with transaction readiness and finance leadership coverage
- Prepare for and execute a sponsor-backed exit
- Support a midsize company through M&A and diligence
- Provide hands-on interim finance leadership
- Begin part-time and ramp to full-time through Q1
- Work remotely with periodic travel
Requirements:
- Direct experience preparing for and executing a sponsor-backed exit
- SaaS finance experience within a PE-backed environment
- Experience supporting midsize companies through M&A and diligence
- Hands-on finance leadership experience with the ability to execute independently and partner with senior leadership
- Availability to start quickly, increase hours, and travel as needed
- Preferred: VP of Finance or comparable senior finance leadership experience
- Preferred: Experience providing interim finance leadership during a transaction
