Job Description
Workflow and AI Agent Engineer supporting clients of Chatarmin’s B2B WhatsApp marketing SaaS. Owning onboarding, support, API-driven solutions, and product feedback loops.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions for key accounts so clients thrive and prosper
- Own onboarding, support, and product tickets across the full lifecycle
- Directly solve client issues
- Support strategic partners in helping clients achieve measurable business success with Chatarmin
- Participate in operations and feedback loops to improve the product
- Work autonomously and take ownership from day one
Requirements:
- Practical understanding of API calls and webhooks
- Ability to read and understand JSON and API documentation
- Practical experience prompting LLMs
- Customer-facing issue resolution experience
- High stress resistance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle 10 projects simultaneously
- Self-managed, disciplined, and proactive
- Genuine interest in technology, startups, and building something meaningful
- Preferably living in Vienna
- Must live in Europe
- Fluency in German and English, spoken and written, is mandatory
