Job Description
Workflow and AI Agent Engineer supporting Chatarmin’s B2B e-commerce SaaS clients. Owning onboarding, support, API/LLM solutions, and product feedback loops.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions for key accounting so clients thrive and prosper
- Own onboarding, support, product tickets, and the full client lifecycle
- Directly solve client issues without waiting for others
- Work with strategic partners to help clients maximize Chatarmin and achieve measurable business success
- Participate in operations and feedback loops to improve the product
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Understanding of API calls and webhooks
- Ability to read and understand JSON and API documentation
- Practical experience prompting LLMs
- Enjoyment of direct customer engagement and efficient issue resolution
- High stress resistance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle 10 projects simultaneously
- Self-managed, disciplined, and proactive
- Genuine interest in technology, startups, and building meaningful products
- Preferably living in Vienna
- Must live in Europe
- Fluency in German and English, spoken and written, is mandatory
