Job Description
Manager of Accounts Receivable at GoHealth Urgent Care leading billing operations and team development. Ensuring compliance and optimizing Accounts Receivable processes for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable and billing operations
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement while meeting key performance metrics
- Drive operational excellence through team member development, policy implementation, and audit oversight
- Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and patient-centered communication
- Monitor, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to Accounts Receivable accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare Accounts Receivable and revenue cycle processes
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
