Job Description
Administrative Charge Paralegal handling full lifecycle of agency charges for plaintiff-side litigation. Ensuring accurate filings and deadlines while working remotely during North American hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative agency filings from initial charge through final rebuttal and close of record
- Coordinate with EEOC and state-level agencies (IDHR, MDHR, and comparable bodies) on procedural requirements and timelines
- Draft and review position statement responses, rebuttals, and supporting documentation
- Track deadlines across an active caseload with zero margin for error
- Maintain case records and workflow status in HubSpot and SharePoint
Requirements:
- 2+ years of direct experience with US administrative agency procedures (EEOC, IDHR, or comparable state agencies)
- Demonstrated ability to draft persuasive, technically precise legal documents
- Systematic approach to deadline management and case tracking
- Native-level professional written English
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during North American business hours
