Job Description
Test Engineer transforming technology into opportunity at GDIT. Providing software test and evaluation capability for mission-critical government projects in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Transform technology into opportunity as a Test Engineer at GDIT
- Provide Software Test and Evaluation Capability - plan, prepare, and perform testing, evaluation, verification, and validation of software
- Team lead role, responsible for providing guidance and leadership to test team members
- Lead QA efforts for BMC Helix
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing
- Prepare and deliver reports and advance analysis related to past performance and future efforts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine testing and evaluation strategies.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of related experience
- Active Secret clearance required
- Validation of workflows within BMC Helix or closely related enterprise service management platforms
- Establishing QA frameworks to consistently evaluate unstructured, dynamic AI outputs for accuracy and safety
- Design and execution of test plans for Agentic AI, focusing on multi-orchestration, intent recognition, and decision trees
- Testing automation frameworks capable of evaluating APIs, microservices and web interfaces
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline.
