Job Description
Test Engineer II conducting product testing and collaborating with development teams for TrueNAS. Working in a fast-paced environment to drive product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in test planning.
- Develop high-quality manual testing scripts.
- Test execution and reporting.
- Bug triage and management.
- Perform freeform (ad-hoc) testing on new features during development.
- Work with the test automation team to learn how to and then use test automation during test cycles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer/Science or related subjects
- One year of software testing experience is required
- 3-5 years of software and/or hardware testing experience is preferred
- A combination of professional or educational experience that affords you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities above.
