Job Description
Senior QA Automation Engineer developing automated test solutions for an AI-powered conversational platform. Collaborating across teams and ensuring quality validation in technology projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for REST APIs
- Build and enhance UI automation frameworks using modern testing tools and best practices
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and pytest
- Create and maintain test documentation, test cases, and defect reports
- Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvement initiatives
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Owners, and DevOps teams
- Support performance and latency validation activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong hands-on experience with REST API testing
- Practical experience using API testing tools such as Postman
- Hands-on experience in UI test automation using Playwright with TypeScript or equivalent
- Solid automation scripting skills using Python and pytest
- Experience with AWS services (ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
