Job Description
AI Chat Generalist evaluating AI assistants through realistic tasks and professional ratings. Supporting Mercor’s AI-lab and enterprise projects to train frontier models.
Responsibilities:
- Write short, realistic requests for AI assistants
- Work with AI assistants across multiple turns by steering them, answering questions, and correcting errors
- Rate the experience and deliverable against a professional standard
- Write short notes describing what went well or badly
- Contribute to training and enhancing AI systems through projects with leading AI labs and enterprises
Requirements:
- Use AI chat assistants often for everyday personal and work questions
- Use AI assistants at least occasionally
- Write clearly in English
- No minimum years of experience
- Must be located in a country where the assistant is available
- Must be engaged as an independent contractor
- H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
