Job Description
Working student designing AI workflows and lightweight automations for Oviva’s digital healthcare operations. Translating business needs into reliable tools that help healthcare teams work smarter.
Responsibilities:
- Translate operational needs into clear specifications for AI solutions
- Apply prompt engineering and modern AI techniques to design, test, and improve AI agent capabilities
- Create lightweight automations and integrations connecting the AI agent with operational data and tools
- Test agent outputs, document findings, and measure performance improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, and Platform teams on operational requests and process improvements
- Bridge business workflows and technical implementation to reduce manual tasks and support healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in German
- Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Basic programming skills, such as Python, for lightweight scripts or automations
- Practical interest and hands-on experimentation with large language models, AI tools, and prompt engineering
- Ability to break down real-world processes into clear, logical steps
- Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate feedback into requirements
- Familiarity with AI/agent frameworks or platforms such as OpenAI or Vertex AI is preferred
- Interest in process improvement, business operations, digital health, or healthcare environments is preferred
- Eligible to work in the country listed as the role location
- Current level of German proficiency must be provided
