Job Description

AI Content Production Specialist for AI-generated image, video, and voice assets at Simple Life app. Collaborating within a global team to enhance personalized health coaching content.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate AI image assets using prepared prompts, references, instructions, and quality criteria
  • Generate AI video assets: create variations, run iterations, select outputs, and prepare selected results for further use
  • Generate AI avatars / talking avatars for content tasks
  • Work with voiceover / text-to-speech tools: generate voiceovers, check voice quality, intonation, pacing, and technical usability of the audio
  • Perform initial quality checks for image, video, and audio outputs. Filter out weak or unusable results: artifacts, unnatural anatomy, poor motion, issues with faces, hands, lip sync, voice quality, composition, lighting, or overall visual quality
  • Prepare selected results for handoff: basic crop, resize, export, naming, and sorting of variations
  • Work within ready-made AI production processes and follow instructions carefully
  • Communicate issues that appear during production: unstable outputs, weak spots in instructions, recurring model errors, or non-obvious issues in the output.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation
  • Hands-on experience with AI video generation
  • Understanding that AI generation is an iterative production process: prompt, reference, variation, regeneration, comparison, and selection
  • Basic understanding of modern AI image/video tools and their typical issues
  • Basic visual judgment: ability to evaluate whether an image/video output looks high-quality, natural, and usable
  • Attention to detail: artifacts, anatomy, faces, hands, motion, lip sync, text, lighting, composition, and overall realism
  • Ability to work with instructions and defined production processes.
  • Flexibility in work: ability to notice when a process or output produces weak results and communicate it clearly
  • Readiness for production routine: many iterations, tests, selections, and preparation of variations
  • Ability to briefly explain task status, output issues, or why a certain variation does not work.
