Job Description
AI software developer building scalable payment applications with .NET, Lambda, and AWS for Sola Payments. Using AI coding tools, troubleshooting systems, and improving software quality.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications with increasing independence
- Develop software using .NET, Lambda, and AWS
- Use AI development tools as part of day-to-day development, and review and test the output before it ships
- Complete moderately complex programming and troubleshooting tasks
- Maintain applications throughout the full software development life cycle
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects and technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development practices
- Collaborate with team members on application design, technical solutions, and system enhancements
- Assist in supporting and mentoring less experienced Software Developers as needed
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience developing applications using .NET or similar object-oriented technologies
- Experience using AI coding assistants as part of day-to-day development
- Understanding of software development principles and practices
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in fintech or payment processing is preferred
