Job Description
AI GTM systems specialist building agentic workflows for Quorum, a global government-affairs software provider. Automating outbound, CRM, and revenue operations to accelerate pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain intelligent AI agents across the customer lifecycle, including campaign ideation, audience discovery, competitive intelligence, and account-based sales support
- Manage prospect list generation, waterfall enrichment, sequencing, reply management, and meeting hand-offs to Account Executives
- Design prompt templates, tool definitions, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines over internal content libraries and CRM data
- Implement safety protocols, PII protection, content filtering, and production guardrails
- Track token usage, latency, costs, sending infrastructure, and email deliverability
- Ensure regulatory compliance with CAN-SPAM and GDPR
- Run A/B tests on prompts and workflows
- Track pipeline generated, meetings booked and held, time-to-first-touch, and AE time saved
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to translate operational pain points into AI initiatives
- Lead pilot programs and create user enablement documentation
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience building or operating AI/ML applications and LLM agentic workflows
- 1–5 years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proficiency with LLM APIs, including Anthropic and OpenAI
- Prompt engineering experience
- Basic Python proficiency
- Experience with Clay or equivalent platforms
- Experience with webhooks and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo
- Comfort working with Claude Code and MCP connectors
- Understanding of email deliverability dynamics and compliance standards
- Experience measuring ROI through KPIs such as conversion rates, deliverability health, and pipeline creation
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must live in one of the listed states: DC, FL, GA, IL, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV
- Must already be authorized to work without current or future visa sponsorship; Quorum does not provide work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transfer
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building RAG systems
