Job Description
AI Motion Designer working with marketing team at a social discovery company. Combining motion design and AI tools to create impactful video ads and social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Produce performance-driven video ads, social media creatives, and UGC-style content based on marketing briefs
- Design and animate motion graphics using classic motion design techniques
- Use AI tools for video generation, including realistic visuals and talking-head formats
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with marketing goals
- Optimize video content for efficiency, scale, and performance across channels
- Combine traditional production workflows with AI-driven experimentation and iteration
Requirements:
- Proven experience in motion design, video editing, and animation ( After Effects )
- Ability to produce advertising creatives, social media ads, and UGC-style videos.
- Strong knowledge of typography and animated graphic elements
- Ability to generate high-quality static images with AI tools ( NanoBanana, MJ, Imagen, Comfy , etc.) for use in generated videos
- Proficiency with AI video tools ( HeyGen, Kling, Veo , etc.) to generate realistic videos , talking head formats, and UGC content
- Ability to adapt and refine AI-generated content: editing, color correction, lip-sync, branding integration
- Understanding of performance-marketing video principles (hooks, pacing, retention strategies)
- Sound design skills: music selection, voice-over integration, AI-voice adjustments
- Proficiency in Russian, and level of English B2+
- (Nice to have) experience with workflow automation (After Effects scripts, AI pipelines, Make
- 8n)
