Job Description

Video Editor with strong motion design skills for the #1 AI-powered health coaching app. Adapting video content for global marketing teams while collaborating on localization strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Adapting high-impact video creatives for diverse global markets (LATAM, EMEA, SEA, etc.), ensuring they feel native to non-English speaking audiences
  • Collaborating closely with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on ideas that maintain core brand identity while maximizing local relevance
  • Using AI tools as part of your daily workflow including tools such as Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, Sora, Kling, Veo and others for video generation, enhancement, and ideation
  • Using specific localization tools (ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sync.so , etc.) specifically for high-quality dubbing, lip-syncing, and localized asset generation
  • Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and creative technologies to push the boundaries of ad production
  • Testing new instruments, effects, and workflows to improve production efficiency
  • Adapting to an agile team environment: moving between squads and developing expertise across different campaign types

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production, ideally with a focus on global/localized campaigns
  • Strong expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with an emphasis on efficient project structures for rapid localization
  • A deep understanding of typography and layout across different languages, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal regardless of word length
  • Experience working with AI tools for creative production (e.g. image/video generation, voiceover, animation, or editing automation)
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing and the ability to create visuals that clearly communicate a marketing message
  • A modular approach to editing: treating creative iteration like building blocks — analyzing, merging, and remixing successful elements to drive results
  • Attention to detail, especially regarding foreign language scripts, strong self-organization, and time management
  • Basic skills in Figma.

Benefits:

  • Open-minded teams, a welcoming and inclusive company culture, plus the opportunity to make a real difference with a game-changing health tech product
  • A competitive payment based on your unique expertise, skillset, and impact on the product
  • Flexible hours. We focus on your results, not how long you spend at your desk.
