Job Description
AI Product Engineer responsible for team tooling and enhancing internal processes in a fast-paced AI innovation firm. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the team's internal tooling
- Ship client increments alongside the team when not focused on tooling work
- Design and improve agentic engineering workflows
- Enable the team to adopt new tools and workflows
- Partner with Pre-sales, GTM, and product discovery teams
- Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities
- Document tooling and workflows for easy adoption
Requirements:
- Strong full-stack engineering ability
- Fluency with coding agents and LLM tooling
- Curiosity and creativity with a focus on tooling
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
- Problem discovery instincts
- Client-facing confidence
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and context switching
- Systems thinking
- Nice to have: Experience building internal developer tools or platforms
- Nice to have: Background in CI/CD, automation, or DevOps
