Job Description
AI- und Testautomatisierungsarchitekt für Expleos Kunden aus Banking, Insurance und Public Sector. Entwicklung skalierbarer Testframeworks und AI-gestützter Quality-Engineering-Lösungen.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance modern test automation architectures for enterprise applications
- Build scalable test frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end testing
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Advise development teams on Quality Engineering best practices
- Evaluate and implement modern AI-powered approaches to software testing
- Help shape the future of AI-powered Quality Engineering for clients
- Take technical ownership of test strategies, frameworks, and automation standards
- Develop modern test architectures and automate complex end-to-end processes for clients in banking, insurance, and the public sector
- Evaluate the use of AI-powered testing approaches
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in software testing, test automation, and test architecture
- In-depth expertise with common automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Tosca, Appium)
- Very good knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
- Solid experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git)
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, as well as experience in client consulting and presentations
- Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites across Germany
