Job Description
Senior QA Automation Engineer maintaining and evolving automated test suites for Nagarro's digital product engineering services. Designing frameworks and AI-driven testing workflows across complex software integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Review and enhance existing automated tests
- Improve test reliability, maintainability, coverage, and execution efficiency
- Design and implement automation frameworks and test strategies across complex software solutions and integrations
- Extend and optimise agentic testing flows, including AI-driven and autonomous testing scenarios, validations, and workflows
- Identify automation gaps and propose improvements
- Drive continuous evolution of QA practices within the team
- Quickly understand, maintain, and take ownership of the existing automated test suite
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in test automation
- Ability to quickly understand, maintain, and take ownership of an existing automated test suite
- Skilled in reviewing and enhancing existing automated tests
- Experience improving reliability, maintainability, coverage, and execution efficiency
- Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks and test strategies across complex software solutions and integrations
- Ability to extend and optimise agentic testing flows, including AI-driven and autonomous testing scenarios, validations, and workflows
- Strong ownership mindset
- Ability to identify automation gaps, propose improvements, and drive continuous evolution of QA practices within the team
