Job Description
Engenheiro de Testes liderando QA, automação e estratégias BDD/TDD. Gerenciamento de projetos técnicos e equipes distribuídas em múltiplos projetos.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute functional and automated test scenarios
- Integrate automated tests directly into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop testing strategies based on BDD and TDD
- Perform API testing and validation
- Ensure quality across mobile platforms
- Manage highly complex technical projects
- Manage and coordinate software quality teams distributed across multiple projects
- Increase QA process maturity and ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality deliveries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, evidenced by a diploma issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC)
- Experience in software testing
- Practical proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, and TestNG
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger
- Experience testing mobile applications
- Strong knowledge of BDD, TDD, and version control with Git
- Proficiency with test and bug lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification is preferred
