Job Description
Especialista en Amazon Connect diseñando, configurando y operando plataformas de contact center. Trabajando en integraciones y desarrollo a medida con el equipo de VELAIO.
Responsibilities:
- This is a remote position.
- We are looking for a specialist focused on Amazon Connect.
- Custom development and integrations are handled by the VELAIO team; this role focuses on designing, configuring, and operating the contact center platform.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in cloud contact center environments, with proven experience configuring Amazon Connect in production.
- Native Spanish; technical English (reading documentation and working with international clients).
- Preferred: AWS certification or specialization in Amazon Connect.
