Job Description
Cybersecurity Analyst responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on cybersecurity activities and trends. Provide insights to enhance security controls and conduct vulnerability assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze and report on cybersecurity activities and trends in information technology systems
- Provide trending insights needed to enhance security controls
- Conduct vulnerability assessment of information systems and provide recommendations for risk prioritization
- Coordinate with relevant teams to validate network alerts
- Analyze network traffic to identify potential threats
- Use defensive measures to protect information and networks
- Investigate suspected cases of improper activity and recommend corrective steps
- Respond to security-related incident and service requests within service level agreement time
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- CYSA+ certification
- Experience with cloud infrastructure
- Experience with threat intelligence, DLP, insider threats, CASB
- Experience with endpoint security tools, such as Swimlane SOAR, Zscaler, etc.
- Inquisitive mindset with openness to innovation, including AI
