Job Description

Data Analyst supporting revenue cycle management by providing analytics and reporting. Collaborating with multiple teams to deliver insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze revenue cycle data from multiple sources (billing, claims, EHR systems, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor KPIs such as denial rates, AR days, cash collections, and payer performance
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the revenue cycle
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, and finance teams to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to revenue cycle operations
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects for leadership
  • Read and abide by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates
  • Report any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment, or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis (healthcare or revenue cycle preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
