Job Description

Technical Application Support Specialist providing client support on escalated technical issues in software and hardware for a company that helps restaurants retail online.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to clients on escalated technical issues
  • Configure and maintain online ordering and automation platforms
  • Troubleshoot, log, and update clients on technical incidents
  • Draft and distribute support related communications
  • Engage with third party vendors to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Technical knowledge of software, hardware, and peripherals
  • Ability to respond to, update, and resolve support tickets timely according to SLAs
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining online ordering and automation platforms
  • Experience in testing configurations of products and conducting root cause analysis
