Job Description
Technical Application Support Specialist providing client support on escalated technical issues in software and hardware for a company that helps restaurants retail online.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients on escalated technical issues
- Configure and maintain online ordering and automation platforms
- Troubleshoot, log, and update clients on technical incidents
- Draft and distribute support related communications
- Engage with third party vendors to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of software, hardware, and peripherals
- Ability to respond to, update, and resolve support tickets timely according to SLAs
- Experience in configuring and maintaining online ordering and automation platforms
- Experience in testing configurations of products and conducting root cause analysis
