Job Description
Art Director assisting Saviynt's corporate creative team in producing digital/print creative solutions. Delivering high-quality deliverables and assets aligned with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Concept, design, and implement high-level creative branding, display advertising, print, web, illustrations/infographics, and presentations based on creative briefs.
- Ensure that quality and brand standards are maintained throughout the entire creative process.
- Lead, inspire, and oversee a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Establish close partnerships across the company, and liaise with marketing and corporate design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide guidance and direction in the creation of visually stunning designs for marketing materials, executive presentations, websites, digital ads, and other assets.
- Manage work timelines effectively across multiple projects.
- Present work to internal partners that consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
- Iterate and edit design work based on team feedback.
- Act as a supporting role for the Corporate Creative Director.
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to guide creative decisions and strategies, ensuring a competitive edge that leads to increased engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
- In-Depth Knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a must, After Effects, Premiere recommended), along with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proven work experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate, and assist in managing the team
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
