Job Description
Senior Art Director leading visual creativity across all touchpoints for a premium DTC cat food brand. Drive brand evolution and manage a talented design team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide visual creative leadership and maintain brand standards.
- Direct shoots and oversee creative production across all surfaces.
- Manage a design team and maintain creative processes.
- Resolve misalignment between creative and other departments.
- Evolve the visual system for new categories and contexts.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience.
- Strong enough design instincts to give the design team real creative direction.
- Working fluency in both graphic design and UX/UI contexts.
- Experience managing designers and creative oversight.
- Good communication skills to write briefs and present ideas.
- Must have a cat or be willing to get one.
