Job Description

Creative Director leading integrated experiential marketing campaigns at TH Experiential. Overseeing creative development, client engagement, and team mentorship in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated experiential campaigns that push creative boundaries and meet client objectives.
  • Champion and evolve the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals, cultural relevance, and innovative execution.
  • Guide cross-functional teams of 2D designers, 3D spacial designers, motion graphic designers, and strategists through the creative process with clarity, inspiration, and decisiveness.
  • Serve as a senior creative partner and trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insight and inspiring confidence through every phase of a project.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, business development, and production leads to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Confidently present concepts and campaign thinking to senior client stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, providing actionable feedback, fostering growth, and building a collaborative culture of excellence.
  • Attract top creative talent and nurture an environment that values originality, inclusivity, and accountability.
  • Oversee the development of all creative outputs including presentations, visual design, copy, environmental design, and video/motion content.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables are cohesive, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest standard.
  • Maintain ownership of the creative vision throughout production, actively collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
  • Partner with cross functional leads on a content capture plan for marketing materials. Once projects are completed, lead the creative team to develop recaps, case studies, and sales/marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of creative experience with a proven track record in experiential marketing, brand activations, and cross-platform campaigns.
  • 4+ years in a senior creative leadership role with client-facing experience and team oversight.
  • Strong command of visual design, storytelling, and presentation tools (Google, Adobe CC, Figma).
  • Familiarity with digital engagement tools and platforms (e.g., AR/VR, interactive content, social media integrations).
  • Experience working with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors.
