Job Description

Agency Producer collaborating with in-house production team to manage video projects for tech startups. Overseeing timelines, budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery
  • Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders
  • Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly
  • Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current
  • Serve as a key client contact throughout projects
  • Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met
  • Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans
  • Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Calm, proactive approach under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
  • Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project tools
