Job Description
Associate Producer supporting the production of media content at Complexly, a nonprofit media company. Collaborating with producers, editors, and animators in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with shoots
- Order and review custom graphics and animations
- Direct hosts to deliver performances in line with the project’s brand
- Plan and coordinate staged videos under the direction of the Producer
- Provide feedback on projects to create the best possible product for accuracy and aesthetic
- Review and approve the editor’s suggested episode layout to determine necessary graphics and visuals
- Script supervise for accuracy and style as well as any sponsored content as necessary
- Secure licensing and permissions for video assets (images, footage, special sounds, etc.)
- Uphold safety standards on set
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3 years previous production experience, including as an editor, animator, or director, required
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite required
- Previous experience with Air Table preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
