Job Description
Associate Application Support Consultant supporting Unit4’s cloud ERP customers with application issues. Resolving escalations and defects while communicating fluently in English and Swedish.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with IT and business application questions
- Provide professional, efficient and effective support for Unit4 customers
- Resolve support cases and complete tasks required to support the customer base
- Progress issues through to conclusion while liaising with colleagues and R&D
- Investigate, process and document application defects
- Highlight potential escalation risks to the Team Leader and coordinate additional resources
- Handle customer escalations and own complicated issues while keeping customers updated
- Comply with information security requirements, business procedures, policies and ISO standards
- Investigate, document and present process improvements to the Customer Services Team Leader
- Identify service improvement or chargeable activity opportunities and raise them through appropriate channels
- Maintain a personal development plan covering product/technical and soft skills
- Train and mentor less experienced team members
- Collaborate with and assist colleagues in a team environment
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Financial/Accounting background is a plus
- Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes and IT infrastructure
- Exceptional customer-facing skills and ability to implement exceptional Customer Service
- Finance background or experience using financial software is an advantage
- Previous experience working in a Customer Service environment is an advantage
- Ability to manage own time, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Friendly and professional manner with an enthusiastic positive approach
- Ability to use initiative and work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a Dual Working Environment
- Knowledge of a Unit4 ERP module or other modules is an asset
- Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow and ITIL
- May require security clearance and background checks after accepting an offer
