Job Description
Associate Consultant implementing HRIS SaaS solutions, configuring workflows, integrations, and data. Training users, supporting customers, and improving products through implementation feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to identify implementation scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements
- Create project plans and ensure implementations stay on track
- Collaborate with client-side subject-matter experts to understand, configure, and customize business requirements
- Set up user accounts, define workflows, integrate with other systems, and test the product
- Set up relevant data to demonstrate end-to-end business processes
- Collect and process client feedback and make necessary system changes
- Provide training to end users and administrators on the SaaS product
- Provide ongoing customer support, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with the product team to identify product improvements and provide product development input based on client feedback
Requirements:
- Having a full-time degree from a recognized institute
- Experience working on employee expense, travel & benefits management modules is highly desirable
- Experience in implementation projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, data migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid problem-solving and consultative skills to engage and build relationships with stakeholders in large organizations
- Ability to navigate challenges, complete deliverables with quality, and manage multiple implementation projects concurrently
- Ability to collaborate with large teams toward a common goal
