Job Description
Leads product management for oncology clinical trial matching products at Natera, focusing on the Signatera product line. Responsible for strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the clinical trial matching product roadmap for the Signatera product line
- Define and deliver product requirements based on customer needs and operational constraints
- Oversee product performance and manage product support across various departments
- Develop product performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvement strategies
- Identify business opportunities, create business cases, and build financial models
- Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews, market research, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define product positioning, market launch plans, and pricing
- Present data-driven arguments to gain stakeholder alignment and buy-in
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product vision, progress, and roadmap updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in physical or life sciences, statistics, or engineering
- A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting
- Experience in oncology products, medical devices, or diagnostics is highly preferred
- Familiarity with large-scale high complexity molecular testing laboratories, particularly in tumor tissue sequencing, is desirable
- Expertise in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred
