Job Description
Principal Product Manager leading product strategy at BombBomb to drive sustainable growth and customer retention. Collaborating across teams to enhance AI-powered relationship enablement platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own Product Strategy for our ICP
- Lead Customer Discovery
- Own Product Roadmap & Prioritization
- Lead the Classic → BombBomb 3.0 Migration Strategy
- Define BombBomb's AI Product Strategy
- Improve Activation, Adoption & Retention
- Establish Product Measurement & Operating Cadence
- Act as a Cross-Functional Unifier
- Build the Current and Future Product Systems and Processes
- Have Final Product Recommendation Authority
Requirements:
- 10+ years in Product Management
- Experience in SaaS businesses between $10M and $100M ARR
- Experience directly influencing retention, expansion, and revenue outcomes
- Experience leading product through significant business, market, or platform transitions
- 5+ years owning product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Strong customer discovery and research background
- Experience working closely with Design and Engineering
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
- Experience balancing strategy and execution
