Job Description
Associate Medical Director leading clinical AI and transformation initiatives for value-based care. Owning clinical workflows and collaborating with various teams for effective healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical workflow design across home and virtual care
- Guide AI-assisted documentation and review workflows
- Improve care gap closure and risk capture quality
- Partner with product, ops, and engineering teams
- Build protocols for MA and NP supported care
- Review clinical quality, coding, and chart integrity
- Help launch new value-based care programs
Requirements:
- MD or DO
- 3+ years in value-based care
- 2+ years in digital health or clinical operations
- Strong grasp of risk adjustment and gap closure
- Experience improving workflows, not just reviewing them
- Comfortable working with product and data teams
