Job Description
Technical Lead developing and maintaining SQL-based ETL pipelines for a leading B2B SaaS platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and optimizing data workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based ETL pipelines in Snowflake
- Create and manage Snowpipes for real-time data ingestion from AWS S3
- Build and orchestrate Snowflake Tasks for data processing workflows
- Develop and optimize data models for BI consumption
- Integrate AWS services with Snowflake for automated data ingestion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, pyspark)
- SQL expertise (advanced queries, window functions, CTEs)
- Experience with AWS (S3, SNS, IAM, Event Notifications)
- Experience with Kafka or other streaming platforms
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Understanding of ETL/ELT patterns
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, or other SaaS platform APIs
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Experience with .NET/C#
