Job Description
Engineering Team Lead at PropertyRadar responsible for backend development in SaaS platforms. Leading a cross-functional team towards project delivery and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project deliveries while maintaining high security standards
- Guide a cross-functional team towards achieving company objectives
- Design and implement robust solutions while tuning optimal performance
- Provide coaching and mentoring to strengthen each member of your team
- Develop complex, secure, and high performing features in PHP and Python
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience building SaaS applications
- At least 3 years of leading a team of 5 or more
- Proven expertise in SaaS application development
- Extensive use of PHP and RESTful APIs
- Degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
