Job Description
Board Certified Behavior Analyst impacting clients through assessments and supervision of ABA programs. Support caregivers while collaborating with experienced BCBAs in a remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and staff
- Support and train caregivers & RBTs
- Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
