Job Description
Seasonal Bilingual Customer Service Representative providing assistance to Spanish or French and English clients. Handling enrollments and customer service within a remote setting while safeguarding sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Help clients through the enrollment process
- Assist with chat and message center
- Provide customer service in a work from home environment
- Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA
- Maintain and document complete and accurate call and case notes
Requirements:
- Excellent Spanish or French language skills
- Move seamlessly between Spanish or French and English calls
- Ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Must be comfortable working in a virtual environment
- High School degree required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree nice to have
