Job Description
Remote Texas customer service representative handling calls, orders, payments, and inquiries for Benco Dental, a U.S. dental distributor. Supporting dentists, offices, laboratories, repairs, parts, and service scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Take incoming calls from dentists, dental offices, and dental laboratories
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately enter orders for merchandise and small equipment
- Enter credit card payments
- Answer customer questions
- Receive and respond to external and internal customer inquiries, issues, and orders
- Resolve customer service issues and problems
- Answer repair-related phone calls and process repair estimates
- Complete follow-up work with customers and manufacturers
- Maintain repair files and databases
- Process factory invoices for billing purposes
- Receive and respond to parts-order inquiries and resolve parts-related issues
- Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians
- Resolve service-related issues and problems
- Support National/large Group Accounts and Sales Representatives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Applicants must reside in the state of Texas
- Reside within 1 hour of Flower Mound, Texas (required)
- Minimum 5mbps (5,000 kbps) Internet Speed
- Connection via Ethernet Cable (Avoid Wi-Fi)
- Avoidance of other people using/sharing the same bandwidth connection while calls are taking place
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent computer and telephone skills
- Great attention to detail, cooperation and dependability
